The Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested former Bhola-4 Member of Parliament Abdullah Al Islam Jakob from Dhaka’s Gulshan area.
DMP Assistant Commissioner (Media) Jahangir Kabir confirmed the matter on Tuesday.
Jakob was arrested in connection with a case filed with Savar police station, Kabir added.
