To utilize this service, customers need to select ‘IDLC’ under the ‘Pay Bill’ section of the bKash app, choose the payment type from the ‘purpose’ option, and enter their account or reference number.
The app will display the exact due amount, which customers can verify and confirm by entering their bKash PIN.
A digital receipt is available for download upon successful payment.
