Khelafat Majlis demands probe into 2009 BDR mutiny

Khelafat Majlis has demanded a re-investigation into the killing of 74 people, including 57 army officers, in the name of the BDR mutiny in 2009.

In a joint statement, Khelafat Majlis Ameer Maulana Abdul Basit Azad and Secretary General Dr Ahmad Abdul Quader made the demand.

In the statement, the two top leaders of the party said that the tragic incident 15 years ago was part of a deep conspiracy against the country and the country's armed forces. 

On that day, 57 patriotic, brave army officers, 74 army family members and civilians lost their lives, they said.
