The postponed Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) and equivalent exams, which were delayed due to the anti-discrimination student movement, would be held within a month.
Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar, chairman of Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, confirmed the matter on Monday.
Following the postponement, rumors circulated on social media that the exams would be conducted on a short syllabus or auto passes will be given
The notification was not issued by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board Coordination Committee.
The Inter-Education Board Coordinating Committee said that the postponed exams will be held with full marks.
