The application process for the fourth phase of admissions into the eleventh grade at various colleges and madrasas begins Sunday.
The decision has been made as some colleges and madrasas have vacant seats, and some students could not be admitted even after receiving applications in three phases and student selection.
Students will have the opportunity to apply online until next Wednesday.
The results of the fourth phase of applications will be announced on August 17, and student confirmation will start on August 18 and continue until the evening of August 19.
After all processes, admissions to colleges for the fourth phase will commence on August 20.
On July 16, all government and private schools, colleges, madrasas, and universities across the country were declared closed indefinitely amidst ongoing protests for quota reform.
Later, the start date for the eleventh-grade classes was postponed.
Similarly, the online application process for the fourth phase of college admissions was halted.
According to the eleventh-grade admissions policy released by the Ministry of Education, this year's admission applications will continue to be accepted online at the designated website.
No manual admissions applications will be accepted from general students outside of online applications.
Students must pay an application fee of Tk150 and can choose a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 colleges.
Among the colleges a student applies to, their admission will be determined based on merit, quota, and preference to only one college.
