Established in 2010, the organization "Ekoj Jagaron" is popular in the entire Rajbari district for various humanitarian activities including tree plantation, bird protection, development of reading habits, and cultural practices.

Sujan Sarwar, convener of Ekoj Jagaran, said: "We started the journey of the social organization on February 22, 2010, by organizing a commemoration festival. Since then, every year on February 22, we organize a recitation festival on the anniversary of the founding of our organization.”

He added that they failed to organize the event for the last three years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
