Probashi Kallyan Bank Training Institute organized a training workshop with the objective of spreading financial literacy among the underprivileged population under “Financial Literacy Wing Program” at Rajshahi TTC on Saturday.
The workshop was in view of implementing the Vision 2041 of the Government of Bangladesh and to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, says a press release issued on Monday.
Managing Director of the bank Md Mazibur Rahman was present as the chief guest.
Md Mozibur Rahman, director of Bangladesh Bank Rajshahi Office, was present as the special guest while Md Noor Alam Sardar, general manager of the bank, was the president of the training program.
Principal of training institute Iskander Parvez, AGM and zonal heads of Rajshahi and Bogra were present in the event.
In the training workshop organized, 44 farmers and migrant workers were brought under the literacy program.
Branch managers and other officials of Rajshahi and Bogra zones participated in the workshop.
