In collaboration with wEvolve, a nationally renowned mental health service provider, BASIS organized an interactive workshop on stress and anger management.
The workshop “Stress and Anger Management at Workplace” was organized on Saturday, said a pres release.
The main objective of this workshop was to educate and empower member organizations with the valuable tools and strategies to navigate these challenging emotions in healthier and more productive ways.
The session was led by wEvolve Consultant Farida Akhtar.
Additionally, this training equips participants with the skills they need to recognize and comprehend these feelings and learn how to behave in more constructive ways in order to improve their emotional wellness and relationships with others, reads the press release.
The primary topics covered in this intensive session are, respectively, the fundamental concept of stress and stressors, stress management techniques, general concepts of anger, tips and tricks to controlling anger, along with various engaging and problem-solving games and exercises also applied to develop the coping mechanism of the participants to manage those difficult emotional triggers.
Representatives from 22 BASIS member companies took part in this comprehensive session to improve a more balanced and rational mindset by controlling negative emotions.
