Another victim of the fire incident from a gas line leak in Dhaka's Wari that injured five people on June 7 died on Tuesday.
With this, the death toll rose to two from the incident.
The deceased was identified as Anwar, 21, son of Nurul Islam of Rampur village in Kalmakanda upazila of Netrokona district.
Md Tariqul Islam, resident surgeon of Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery, said Anwar suffered 22% burns from the incident and succumbed to his injuries.
On June 12, another victim Dhaka Power Distribution Company (DPDC) employee Md Sohel died at the same hospital.
The incident took place on Tipu Sultan Road in Wari around 2:30am on June 7.
The other injured were security guard Md Helal, 40, who suffered 10% burn, Abdur Rashid, 65, suffered 7% burn, Mamun Builders' project inspector Mamun, suffered 50% burn.
