The 162nd birth anniversary of Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore, one of the most revered poets and litterateurs in history, was celebrated at Bangladesh Shishu Academy under the supervision of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs on Tuesday.

State Minister for Women and Children Affairs Fazilatun Nessa Indira attended the event as chief guest, according to a press release.
