Biman flight to Kathmandu makes emergency landing in Patna

A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight headed to Nepal's Kathmandu made an emergency landing at an airport in India's Patna due to a technical glitch on Friday.

The aircraft, BBC371 from Dhaka, was carrying around 77 passengers. All the passengers are safe, reports Hindustan Times.

The flight landed in Patna at 12:01pm (local time) and departed at 4pm for Kathmandu after engineers attended to the fault.

The passengers waited inside the airport's terminal building till the problem was fixed.
