50,000 leave Dhaka via Sadarghat terminal on Tuesday

Around 50,000 people left Dhaka for their hometowns or villages via the Sadarghat launch terminal on Wednesday to celebrate the Eid holidays with their near and dear ones, according to the Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA).

Rules motorcyclists have to follow on Padma Bridge

The government has given conditional permission to motorcyclists to cross the Padma Bridge ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, warning that if the conditions are not met, the movement of motorcycles on the bridge will be stopped again.

Bangladesh improves by 2 notches in Global Terrorism Index
