CUB students to get job opportunities in Digicon

Digicon, one of the largest and leading ICT training providers in Bangladesh, is going to provide job opportunities for graduates of Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB) in the BPO industry. 

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the university and Digicon regarding the matter on Thursday, reads a press release. 

CUB Vice Chancellor Prof HM Jahirul Haque and Chief Business Officer of Digicon Gourab Krishna Gupta signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions at the CUB campus on Pragati Sarani.

Senior officials of both organizations were also present at the signing ceremony.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Prof Md Ridhwanul Haq of IBA, DU, Chief Coordinator of CUB Mohammad Afijur Rahman, Head of External Affairs and Partnership Lamia Salim and Digicon's HR Head Salam Bin Shawkat along with other individuals.

Through broadening the candidates' communicative competence, Digicon aims to provide a skilled batch of employees who will have a higher chance of securing a diversified career for themselves. 

This initiative addresses the growing demand for Digicon's industry-leading BPO expertise by providing CUB students with communication skills and industry exposure. 

This will ensure that they are well-equipped to embark on their journey toward pursuing a promising career.
