An autopsy report, submitted to High court on Tuesday on the death of a land office staff member named Sultana Jasmine, has mentioned high blood pressure for her demise.
The woman died in RAB custody on Friday after being arrested from Naogaon city on Wednesday.
The report also mentioned that there no signs of torture found on deceased's body.
The hearing on the report is scheduled to be held at the bench of Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Ahmed Sohel on Tuesday afternoon.
At the same time, a hearing will be held on a petition seeking a judicial inquiry committee to investigate the allegations of Jasmine's death in RAB custody.
The High Court on Monday asked the authorities concerned to submit the postmortem report on Tuesday morning.
The court also sought a list and details of RAB officials who were involved in arresting and interrogating Sultana.
The High Court asked Assistant Attorney General Abul Kalam Khan Daud to submit these reports.
The victim, Sultana Jasmine, 45, died three days after she had been detained by the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) from Naogaon town on Wednesday. She died while undergoing treatment at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital on Friday morning.
Sultana Jasmine was an office assistant at the land office of Chandipur Union of Naogaon Sadar Upazila.
RAB claimed that they detained her for interrogation on charges of fraud, and that they had found evidence of abnormal transactions in her bank account.
Later, she fell sick and died. Quoting doctors, RAB said she had a stroke.
RAB officials claimed that they had not taken her to any camp for interrogation.
However, family members alleged Jasmine died due to torture in RAB custody.
According to the deceased's family and local sources, Sultana Jasmine left home to go to the office like every day on Wednesday morning. On the way, at 10:30am, when she arrived in front of the Naozwan field in the district town, the members of RAB-5 Joypurhat camp detained her and picked her up in a white micro-bus.
About two hours after the arrest, RAB admitted Sultana to Naogaon General Hospital in poor condition.
After receiving treatment till the evening there, she was referred to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) for better treatment when her condition deteriorated. She died on Friday morning while undergoing treatment.
Doctors at RMCH told reporters that she suffered a stroke and had a small mark on her head.
