Around 150 files have been recovered from the rooms of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartipakkha (Rajuk) officers and employees.
All the files recovered were related to the new Purbachal township project, according to media reports.
The files were found on Thursday during a drive headed by the Rajuk member (estate) Mohammad Nurul Islam.
According to the rules, these files should have been kept in the record room but instead, they were kept with the officials and employees.
There are allegations that certain unscrupulous officers and employees are involved in all forgery and are using these files to harass the owners of the plots.
