Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has launched an emergency phone number to ensure medical care for the Muslim devotees arriving at Tongi for the Bishwa Ijtema.
RAB has advised the devotees to contact the number +8801777720045 to get medical services.
Commander Khandaker Al Moin, director of RAB's law and media wing, confirmed the matter to the Bangla Tribune on Friday.
He said that considering humanitarian aspects along with the security issue, RAB has set up a medical centre in the area adjacent to the Biswa Ijtema ground to provide medical services to the devotees, from all around the globe.
The RAB official said that portable oxygen, nebulizer and other medical services have been kept for the treatment of serious patients along with first aid for the devotees.
He said: "In case of emergency, RAB's ambulance service has also been kept ready at the medical centre in Ijtema area."

The second phase of Ijtema will be held from January 20-22 this year.
During the last two days, worshippers staying at the ground of Bishwa Ijtema are suffering from diarrhoea, asthma and fever due to cold and pollution.
Many of them have been treated and admitted in Tongi's Shaheed Ahsan Ullah Master General Hospital and in various free medical camps near the Ijtema ground.
Director of Shaheed Ahsan Ullah Master General Hospital Mohammad Jahangir Alam said that 1,313 Muslims have been treated in the hospital till Friday afternoon. Among them 10 people including one foreigner were admitted and three were referred to Dhaka.
