Three police personnel were shot during training at Betbunia Police Special Training School (PSTS) in Rangamati on Tuesday.
The injured are constables Minowara, Suman Khan and Obhi Barua.
Confirming the matter, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Rangamati's Kaukhali police station Parvez Ali said that Special Force constable Nargis lost consciousness during the time of firing. During the time, the three constables became injured from the gunshots of Nargis' firearm.
PSTS Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC) Superintendent of Police Aminul Islam said that the injured have been sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital for treatment.
Minowara was injured in the shoulder, Suman Khan was injured in his left leg and Obhi Barua was injured in his right hand. Everyone is safe, he added.
