Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Wednesday predicted light rain at one or two places over Mymensingh, Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours commencing 9am.
"Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country," the bulletin said.
Day and night temperature may rise by 1-2°C over the country, it added.
Country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 32°C at Cox's Bazar and minimum temperature on Wednesday was 21.4°C at Tetulia.
The sun will set at 5:24pm on Wednesday and rise at 6:02am on Thursday in the capital.
