BSF to hand over body of Bangladeshi teenager after 5 days

Indian Border Security Force (BSF) on Monday afternoon will hand over the body of the Bangladeshi teenager who was shot dead by its members on Wednesday after five days of the killing.

The BSF members agreed to return the body at around 4pm after holding a flag meeting with the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) -29, held at no 314/4 S Pillar of Dainur frontier.

Minhaz, 18, son of Jahangir Hossain of Khanpur Bhitarpara village in Dinajpur, was shot dead while two others suffered bullet wounds by some members of the BSF in the Dainur border area on Wednesday night.

According to Minhaz’s family, BGB Khanpur border outpost collected all the relevant information, including the teen’s pictures.
