Earthquake of 5.4 magnitude jolts Bangladesh

Bangladesh experienced a 5.4 magnitude earthquake on Friday. 

The epicentre of the quake was near the border region between India and Myanmar, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).

No damage was reported in Bangladesh due to the quake.

The quake jolted different parts of the country including Chittagong and Dhaka at around 4:15pm.
