Night and day temperatures may rise slightly across Bangladesh in 24 hours from Saturday morning, the Bangladesh Meteorological Department has said.
Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the river basins and the southern part and light to moderate fog elsewhere across the country from late night till Sunday morning, the BMD said in its morning weather bulletin.
The weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy skies, according to the met office (BMD) forecast.
The lowest temperature in the country was recorded at 12.2 degrees Celsius in Sreemangal; the highest temperature was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius in Sitakunda.
Trough of low lies over India's Bihar state and adjoining areas. Seasonal low lies over the South Bay.
