Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal has reached the parliament with the Tk678,000 crore budget documents.
He reached the Parliament somewhere around 12pm on Thursday, his personal assistant told the media.
The finance minister is set to read out the budget for the 2022-23 fiscal year at 3pm.
The size of the budget will be about 15% of the country's gross domestic product (GDP).
This is the country’s 51st budget, the 23rd of the Awami League government in five terms and Finance Minister Kamal’s fourth budget.
