All the final professional (final-prof) examinations of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) under the Dhaka University (DU) affiliated medical colleges have been postponed indefinitely.
The decision was taken in light of the massive upsurge in Covid-19 cases and deaths across the country, according to a press release issued by DU on Saturday.
It said the next dates of the exams will be announced later.
However, the first and second professional MBBS May-2020 and November-2020 practical and oral examinations will be held on time maintaining hygienic rules, the release added.
