Several parts of the country are likely to experience light to mild rainfall in the next 24 hours, as per the Met office.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers, accompanied by temporary gusts, are likely at many places over Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at some places over the country, according to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Tuesday.
The highest recorded temperature on Monday was at Rajshahi (35.2°C) . The lowest on Tuesday was recorded at Tangail with 23.6°C. The Met office forecasts stable temperature at night while during the day temperatures may fall slightly.
At the same time, Sylhet recorded the rainfall (105mm) over the last 24 hours, till 6am Tuesday.
