Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) has suspended all driving licence tests till March 31 due to the coronavirus situation in the country.
A circular, signed by BRTA Director (engineering) Lokman Hossain Mollah was issued in this regard on Thursday, reports BSS.
BRTA took the decision to avoid infection risks as a large number of service seekers gather in the district and metropolitan areas regularly, said BRTA.
Other services such as the issuance of registration and licence for learners will be available, according to the circular.
