3 killed, 15 injured in Bogra road accident

Three people have been killed and 15 others injured as a bus plunged into a roadside ditch in Sherpur upazila of Bogra district. The deceased are Saiful Islam, 30, Abdul karim, 45 and Tarek, 27. Sherpur police station Officer-in-Charge Md Erfan said: “A Dhaka-bound bus of New Safa Poribohon plunged into a roadside ditch when its driver lost his control over the steering in Sherpur Bazar area around 1am on Sunday, killing the three on the spot.” Later, the bodies were recovered and sent to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College morgue. The OC said the injured have been admitted to different local hospitals.
