Police constable crushed under train in Dhaka

A police constable has been crushed under the wheels of a train at Dhaka’s Airport area. The deceased is Billal Hossain, 36, of Comilla. “Billal was crushed by a Karnaphuli Express train while crossing the rail line around 9:50am Monday,” Railway police Sub-Inspector Ali Akbar confirmed the matter to the Dhaka Tribune. “A police team has been sent to the spot. The body is still there,” the SI added.
