31st BCS Association gets new committee

A new committee of the 31st Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Association has been formed. Abdullah al Hadi and Md Aminur Rahman will lead the 51-member body for three years as president and general secretary respectively. The committee was formed on Saturday. Mrittunjoy Sajol, Harun or Rashid, and Aninda Mahbub have been elected as joint secretaries. AK Hiro has been made the treasurer. Foyjul Ujjal, Mizanur Rahman, Mahiuddin Mahi, Mejbah Uddin, and Mohit Chowdhury are the vice presidents of the committee. The four organizing secretaries are Mushfiqur Rahman, Firoz Nayeem, Shamima Smriti and Nurunnabi Sohag. Nazma Parveen has been elected as the publicity secretary. Among others, Habib Jitu was made the committee’s office secretary, Tarazul international affairs secretary, Emon relation development secretary, Mosharef Milu cultural affairs secretary, and Rashed Reza environment secretary. Rakib is the committee’s media secretary, Saifuzzaman Chunnu ICT affairs secretary, Kamal sports secretary, Subrata Kumar Das innovation secretary, Osman Gani Shishir monitoring and evaluation secretary, and Himel Rupon health affairs secretary. Mohammad Tariqul Islam has been elected as the education secretary, Shah Alam Shishir as research and documentation and Mobarak Hossain communications secretary. On the other hand, Ahsan Sagor, Jane Alam, Rakim Rokom, Al Mamun Rony, Aliful Islam Rasel, Md Asaduzzaman Sumon, Atiqul Islam, Mahadi Foysan, Lincoln Ron, Nahid Hasan, Najimullah Saki, Foysal, Sabuj, Mamunul Karim, Tanveer Sharif have been elected as the committee’s members. The 31st BCS Association’s advisors are Saifuddin Ovi, FM Foysal, Anis Uddin, Ahsan Khan, Shamsuzzaman Babu, Sarwar Jibon, Iftekhan Bhuiyan and Chandra Shekhar Howlader Milton. Jewel Rana and Hasan Hasan Arafat Abid from the 28th BCS batch, Momtaj Begum from the 29th BCS, and Mohidul Islam from the 30th BCS have been made observer members.
