Acting chief justice Md Abdul Wahhab has said he is certain that Chief Justice SK Sinha is at home.
He made the statement while hearing a petition filed by Supreme Court Bar Association President Zainul Abedin seeking information about the whereabouts of the chief justice.

The acting chief justice said: “I am certain that the chief justice is at home. Who he meets with is his business.
“You filed the petition and we have heard it.”
President Abdul Hamid appointed Justice Md Abdul Wahhab Miah as the acting chief justice on Tuesday.
The president also granted Chief Justice SK Sinha’s application for a month’s leave on health grounds from October 3 to November 1.
