“We have to find a way to tap the maximum economic growth by this time,” Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal said while addressing a seminar in Dhaka Wednesday. The minister also added the government will identify the marginalised people across the country to take project to develop their livelihood. Demographic dividend means the economic growth potential that can result from shifts in a population’s age structure, mainly when the share of the working-age population is larger than the non-working-age share of the population.
