Bone marrow transplant centre at CMH Dhaka

According to the release, BMT cures different complicated blood diseases including blood cancer. A huge number of patients from the country travel abroad each year to get this multifaceted treatment facility. The BMT centre is being operated under the supervision of Army Chief General Abu Belal Muhammad Shafiul Huq and with the guidance of CMH’s Director General of Medical Services Maj Gen S M Motahar Hossain. The release said CMH Dhaka‘s Commandent Brig Gen Mahbubur Rahman addresed a press briefing organised at the hospital yesterday afternoon; explaining various intricate details of blood diseases and elaborately discussing different operational activities of BMT centre.
