The deceased was identified as Shahidul Islam, 35, son of Mozammel Haque of Boharail village under the same upazila.
On receiving information, a police team rushed to the place of occurrence and recovered the body from nearby of an irrigation deep-tubewell this morning. Police sent the body to the morgue of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital for post mortem.
Mirja Abdus Salam, Officer-in-Charge of Tanore police station, said the body was several marks of wound.
A case was filed in this connection. However, no one was arrested yet.
