The Food Talk

The 4th episode of The Food Talk was held at Busy Beans on February 20, for which the theme was on the appreciation for coffee and tea.

The tea appreciation session was conducted by Mishael Aziz Ahmad, who brought tea from four continents, including Macha tea from Japan to Yerba Mate tea and Puer tea from Latin America. He explained the different delicacies which tea has with flower tea and milky oolong.

Famous coffee retailers North End was present as well. Representatives Munir and Rajaon described the different types of coffee that the market has, starting with where the beans come from, how it is roasted to even why. Moreover, they also illustrated and explained the differences between cappuccino, latte and macchiato.

Busy Beans presented their new menu in the episode, which consisted of Japanese chicken teriyaki to their recently added dessert, named Affogato.

As the founder of The Food Talk, I presented the North End with our famous circle of recommendation. George's Cafe was also given similar recommendations for their famous drink Mocha Java.
