Creating job opportunities for the retired armed forces personnel and youngsters of the nation, the two-day-long Career Fest 2015 begins today at the capital’s RAOWA Convention Center and on job site Jobsbd.com, who are jointly organizing the fair. Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University is the strategic partner of the event.
Anisur Rahman Sinha, chairman, Opex Garments and Sinha Textile will inaugurate the fair as the chief guest. Md Sabur Khan, chairman of Daffodil Group and Musharrof Hossain, president, Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM) will be present as the special guests. RAOWA chairman Major M Taneem Hasan will preside over the inaugural ceremony.
This Career Fest would be a meet up point for job seekers and employers, learners and institutions. The intention is to help the retired armed forces personnel to find a suitable jobs after their retirement, the fresher to find their dream jobs, the employers to find their suitable candidates and the young people to find the right academic path.
The two-day long Career Fest 2015 includes job showcases, spot interview sessions, seminars, workshops, career guidelines and meet the leaders sessions, new job openings, resume appraisals, career clinic with skills assessment tests, entrepreneur’s guidance camps, master classes, panel discussions focused on jobs, entrepreneurship guides and much more.
