There are no survivors from the Air Algerie passenger plane that crashed in Mali, says the French President Francois Hollande.
Hollande said one flight data recorder had been recovered, after French troops reached the crash site near Mali's border with Burkina Faso, BBC reported.
Malian state television said the wreckage of the flight was discovered between the town of Gossi and the Burkina Faso border.
Air navigation services had lost track of the plane after 01:55 GMT, 50 minutes after takeoff.
The 116 passengers on the Air Algerie flight included 51 French citizens.
