The High Court has summoned three persons, including Mirpur zone DC and OC, to appear before the court on July 15 over the RMG worker rape case.
The other accused is the officer-in-charge of One Stop Crisis Centre of Dhaka Medical College.
The bench of Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Kazi Ejarul Haque Akondo has passed the order on Wednesday following a writ petition filed by Children Charity Bangladesh Foundation on July 5.
The court also ordered the police officials to explain why the culprits were not arrested over the incident.
They also have to inform the court about the measures they have taken so far in this connection.
On July 1, a RMG worker was gang-raped in a microbus in the capital's Mirpur. A case was filed against four people, including two named and the other two unnamed, in this connection on July 5.
