The National Board of Revenue has extended the deadline for submitting income tax in view of poor returns obtained because of ongoing political unrest.
The deadline for filing income tax return has been extended until December 31, NBR Chairman Ghulam Hossain said Saturday.
This is the third time the deadline has been extended.
The official was speaking to journalists after attending a workshop organised by the institution in the capital.
