Opposition BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is holding a meeting with leaders of 18-party alliance to fix next course action of their ongoing movement and discuss country’s ongoing political situation.
The meeting, started at 9:15pm, is being held at the chairperson’s Gulshan political office where top leaders of the alliance will be present.
Earlier on Saturday night, Khaleda Zia had a meeting with party’s standing committee members at her Gulshan political office.
The meetings were called for August 14 and 15, but later deferred to August 17 and 18 for some unavoidable reasons, sources confirmed.
Sources also said the meeting may discuss on two dimensional courses of action programmes, party council and removal of complexities among front organisations.
