Minty iced green tea

Do you love the taste of green tea and tulsi (basil) tea in the winter, but find it too hot to drink in the summer? Here’s a way to enjoy both in the summer: iced! Ingredients 1 cup fresh mint leaves 1 Kazi & Kazi green tea bag Crushed ice Honey or agave, fresh lavender leaves (optional)

Preparation Place mint leaves in a large glass. Crush gently with clean hands. Add the Kazi & Kazi tea bag, and pour hot water on top. Cover and refrigerate for four to six hours. Remove the tea bag; serve over ice. Add honey or agave to sweeten, and add a few fresh lavender leaves, if you have them on hand.
