MEN (Male Entertainment Network) will be aired every Friday from 9.00 pm to 9.30 pm and repeated every Saturday at 2.00 pm on SA TV.
MEN is produced and directed by Ehsan Kabir. The 30 minutes programme with DJ Sonica as anchor, tells men about latest trends, gadgets and fashion. The show covers every aspect from sports, cars, lifestyle to current affairs, as well as providing men with helpful advice and much more.
The programme features four segments, “Fashin Fiesta,” “Do’s n Don’t,” covers all facets of male fashion, including styling tips and the newest and most trendy clothes, the importance of relationship and communication provides help and advice for real-life situations and daily situations that men might face.
“Talk of the town” is an interesting segment where an eligible bachelor is invited to the show to talk about his lifestyle preferences, hopes and dreams. The popular and successful men portrayed in this segment also share their advice, tips & tricks with the audience. Today’s special guest is the head of marketing of Dhaka Tribune, the dynamic Syed Saif Uddin Kamal.
The last segment of the show “Hot wheelz” showcases marvelous personalised vehicles and their owners. The fragment is a must-watch for motor-heads as a very lively and interesting discussion about cars are put forward.
Producer Ehsan Kabir shares his opinion about the show:
“Men account for the majority of Bangladesh’s population. However, up till now there was no TV show catering for the special interests and needs of men, to a full extent. Male Entertainment Network now closes this gap as the new male-based lifestyle show on SA TV.”
