The orientation and free books distribution programme for the newly enrolled students was held at the auditorium of Green University of Bangladesh on Wednesday.
Sources said the programme was held for the newly enrolled students of spring semester.
The honourable vice chancellor professor Dr Md Golam Samdani Fakir presided over the programme.
Meanwhile, registrar Lt Col Md Ali Ambial Haque Khan highlighted the background and the objectives of the programme and welcomed new students.
