Fitness app Samsung Health, or S Health in short, has brought a one-stop solution for its users,with exciting features to keep track of all things related to health.
The app will let a user track 39 different workouts like walking, running, hiking or biking, or any other indoor and outdoor sports, a press release said.
A user can track the various physical exercises and activities using its built-in trackers.
The trackers in the app enables users to easily and quickly check meaningful data based on user preferences. The intuitive charts, helpful tips, and physical exercises programsguide them to achieve their fitness and diet goals.
S Health can also track the calories burnt by an individual during any workout.

The app also enables users to measure stress levels before and after workout to see just how much they have been able to unwind. It also features a "Calm" mode for sleep, meditation, and relaxation, and makes it easier than everfor users to practice mindfulness, so that they can work towards achieving better overall health.
Furthermore, the app helps users to keep tabs on their heart rate. By using a smartwatch or Galaxy Fit/Watch, users can easily measure heart rate to make sure that they are not overdoing workouts.
The S Health app also tracks water intake and makes sure the users are getting enough fluids to keep their body hydrated.
The app enables any users to share their progress byjoining communities of people from around the world under the "Together" tab and them to help celebrate success or give motivation.
Even more exciting is the ability to challenge friends to "1 vs 1" walk off competitions. These social aspects will make losing weight and getting fit a fun endeavor, the release added.
