Innovation Hub Bangladesh to launch 6-month robotics program

Season 1 of The Nxt Robotics Frontier will be launched at the EMK Center in Dhanmondi, Dhaka on May 26

The Innovation Hub Bangladesh, in association with the EMK Center, has taken the initiative to organize a six-month intensive program to foster skills of developing feasible innovative ideas into reality with automation technology.

Season 1 of the training program, titled the The Nxt Robotics Frontier, will be launched at the EMK Center in Dhanmondi, Dhaka on Saturday, May 26. 

The program will be conducted by AI Robotics and facilitated by the EMK Makerlab, according to a press statement. 

Imran Fahad, founder of Innovation Hub Bangladesh, said the six-month program has been designed to provide students with a minimal background in system automation, the Internet of Things, and robotics.

The modules have been set to provide focused learning on how an automated system can be developed from scratch.

This includes design and development of core electrical systems and mechanical chassis, software progress for embedded system infrastructure, and entrepreneurship opportunities after product development.

“We will help the innovators to shape their ideas into reality through this six-month program, with the aim to showcase the outcome of this project by the end of this year,” Imran said, adding that this initiative would add value to the government's vision of a Digital Bangladesh.

Innovation Hub Bangladesh, in collaboration with the EMK Center, is dedicated to educating and nurturing enthusiasts of all ages to innovate solutions to problems regarding education, healthcare, environment, economy, etc, and help with the country's economic growth.
