Sunnydale girls thrashed Saint Francis Xaviers Girls’ School and College 14-0 in the Polar Ice Cream 26th School Handball Tournament (boys and girls) at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali Stadium in Dhaka Saturday.
In the other matches in the girls’ event, Siddheswari High Girls’ School defeated Wills Little Flower 6-1, Viqarunnisa Noon School and College beat Head International 6-2, Scholastica (Uttara) beat Scholastica (Mirpur) 5-2, Kadamtala East Bashabo School and College thrashed Uttara Girls’ High School 11-0 and Shaheed Bir Uttam Lt. Anwar Girls’ College beat South Breeze School 8-0.
In the boys’ event, Cambrian School and College dominated Bangladesh Navy College 20-7, while Wills Little Flower defeated Ideal School 14-6.
The tournament is being organized by Bangladesh Handball Federation.
