Bangladesh Navy clinched the Premier Division Kabaddi League after beating Bangladesh Army 32-19 in the grand finale at Kabaddi Stadium in Dhaka Monday.
The winning side led 15-7 following the first half.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Sri Biren Sikder was present during the occasion as the chief guest and later distributed the prizes among the finalists.
The 12-team tournament got underway last week and the sides were divided into four groups, each comprising three teams.
Bangladesh Navy received Tk50,000 as prize money while Bangladesh Army pocketed Tk30,000 for their final berth.
Bangladesh Police finished third and got Tk15,000 for their effort while fourth-placed side Border Guard Bangladesh received the same amount.
