The Indian Women's Football League will enter its business stages Thursday when the semi-finals take place at Nehru Stadium in Shillong.
Bangladesh striker Sabina Khatun will be looking to continue her scoring touch when her side Sethu Football Club of Tamil Nadu lock horns with Eastern Sporting Union. Kryhpsa FC of Manipur will face Rising Student Club in the other semi on the same day. The final will be held Saturday.
Sabina's Sethu ended their league campaign at third position in the seven-team points table. In their last round robin league game, Sabina failed to find the back of the net after scoring in four consecutive matches as Sethu played out a 1-1 draw with Eastern Sporting.
Sabina is the third highest scorer this season with six strikes, one behind Ratnabala Devi of Kryhpsa, and six behind Bala Devi.
