Fakirapool already confirmed their promotion to the Bangladesh Premier League last week with a game in hand while newly formed Saif Sporting Club are the other team from the second tier to get promoted to the top flight after finishing runners-up.
Both the clubs will play in the professional football league for the first time in history.
