Following a 12-day break, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is finally rolling back on the pitch with the first match of the second phase between Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club and Arambagh Krira Sangha on Tuesday.
With the new kick-off time, the game begins at Bangabandhu National Stadium at 4:30pm.
In the day's second match at the same venue, a struggling Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra will face bottom-side Uttar Baridhara at 6:15pm.
The first phase, comprising 11 rounds, finished on October 19 and at the half-way stage of the country's top-flight, three clubs – Chittagong Abahani (24 points), Abahani Limited (23) and Rahmatganj MFS (22) – are jointly fighting for the top place while Sheikh Jamal (19) and Muktijoddha SKC (18) are hot on the heels of the leading trio.
