The spell still is the best ever bowling figure in CPL history
Ace Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib al Hasan has been bestowed with the CPL Oscar’s best bowling figure award for his majestic spell with Barbados Tridents against Trinbago Knight Riders in the first edition of the Caribbean Premier League Twenty20 in 2013.
The best performers of the CPL have so far been awarded for their various performances.
Wednesday, CPL’s official twitter account released a video of that Shakib spell from the match where he got six wickets for just six runs in his quota of four overs.

The spell still is the best ever bowling figure in CPL history.
Shakib’s Barbados clinched last year’s CPL title for the second time after 2014.
Shakib is currently serving a one-year ban for failing to report multiple corrupt approaches from a listed bookie made during the tri-nation ODI series between host Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe in January, 2018 and the Indian Premier League T20 2018.
