Bagerhat Bahumukhi Collegiate School emerged as the champion of the Prime Bank National School Cricket Tournament in the Khulna Division after beating Jessore’s Education Board Model School by 15 runs in the final Friday at Sheikh Helal Uddin Stadium in Bagerhat.
Bagerhat posted 103 losing all of their wickets in 28.1 overs with Shaon Sheikh scoring the highest 31.
Jessore’s Hasanur Rahman and Tanvir Islam bagged six and two wickets respectively.
In reply, Jessore were restricted to 88 in 40.3 overs, Bhuvan Debnath top-scoring with 21.
Bagerhat’s Akash, player of the match Shaon and Rakib Sikdar shared seven wickets between themselves.
